Payment Terms

• First hour or Initial consultation to be paid on or before the booking date

Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date: Full refund of amounts paid.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the booking date: 50% refund of amounts paid.
• Cancellations less than 3 days before the booking date: No refund.
• If a session is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, payments can be applied to the new date.

Confidentiality & Liability Disclaimer

• All information shared during mediation is strictly confidential. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law, such as threats of harm to self or others, or as mandated by a court order.
• The mediator provides guidance to facilitate discussion but does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Clients are solely responsible for decisions made.
• Participation in mediation is voluntary, and clients may withdraw from the process at any time.
• While the mediator will facilitate constructive discussion, outcomes of the mediation cannot be guaranteed.
• The mediator is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from mediation sessions.
• Any notes taken during mediation will be securely stored and destroyed after a reasonable period.
