- Online – Join a session from anywhere via Zoom or Google Meet.
- In-Person – We can meet at your home, office, or a neutral location such as a café, co-working space, hotel, or library in the Vaal and Johannesburg areas. For locations outside these regions, a travel fee applies.
- All consultations are by appointment only.
- Payments must be completed prior to the session to confirm your booking.

Payment Terms
- First hour or Initial consultation to be paid on or before the booking date
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date: Full refund of amounts paid.
- Cancellations made 3–7 days before the booking date: 50% refund of amounts paid.
- Cancellations less than 3 days before the booking date: No refund.
- If a session is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, payments can be applied to the new date.
Confidentiality & Liability Disclaimer
- All information shared during mediation is strictly confidential. Exceptions apply where disclosure is required by law, such as threats of harm to self or others, or as mandated by a court order.
- The mediator provides guidance to facilitate discussion but does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice. Clients are solely responsible for decisions made.
- Participation in mediation is voluntary, and clients may withdraw from the process at any time.
- While the mediator will facilitate constructive discussion, outcomes of the mediation cannot be guaranteed.
- The mediator is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from mediation sessions.
- Any notes taken during mediation will be securely stored and destroyed after a reasonable period.
